We have here a few 2.5kw Emura’s. The customer had a Toshiba high spec wall mounted which, to be fair, looked really good. Upon close inspection though, the units were found to be cheaply made and gave off a high pitch noise when running. 5 black stylish units for a lovely family in Bridgwater. We ran 3 systems across the roof to keep all the condensing units in 1 spot and 1 through in the loft. Notice the unit in the room with the iron man picture. This unit we mounted a Aqua Silent pump in the wall cavity and ran pipe work up inside the cavity meaning no internal trunking seen, a technique i learnt from the legends at RecoAir. If we drilled directly behind the unit, the trunking would have started in the middle of the chimney. Another extinction rebellion customer. They have this 3.5kw system to heat their whole house!! They are aiming to get their rooms to 12 degrees in winter and that’s enough for them! This unit along with a open fire will heat their whole house! With 4kw of heating available at a SCOP of 5.10, this is one of the most efficient ways to heat a room. This is a 12.5kw Ducted system using an alpha condenser. These jobs never look pretty, that’s why they’re in the loft! Don’t want a unit on your walls but have a big loft full of nothing? Why not go for this option instead and settle for a small vent in the ceiling?! Something to note on this job, we were here a total of 7 days. When I was installing for other firms, I would have to do this job in 3. I hope this shows you the time we take to do the job properly and to the highest standard possible. We don’t care about time, we care about customer satisfaction. Note the fantastic @airzone_es system here with wireless controllers in each room and WiFi adapters. We have direct technical assistance from Spain helping us commission this fantastic additional technology. Unusual one. We used the Airconditioning to warm the room up to 28 degrees to keep the tanks warm. This creates the problem of humidity and the customer didn’t want a dehumidifier as this would evaporate roughly 100L of water a day so, we decided to add fresh air into the room with a heat exchanger. We spent 45 mins today just connecting the unit to the WiFi. And bring all units onto the same app maybe? Try explaining to a customer they need to have different apps for slightly different models, it’s really quite embarrassing.
